AI Training

We do not use recordings or user-uploaded content to train AI models.
Our AI models are pretrained before deployment, and any uploaded data is processed solely for service provision.

Data Storage and Transfers

We store your data securely and comply with data protection laws when transferring information.

Where Your Data is Processed and Stored

All personal data is stored in the United States.
Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google servers.
We take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles by:

Payment-Related Data

In-App Purchases

Payment transactions in the iOS app are processed using Apple’s in-app purchase system.

External Payment Providers

Transactions outside of the App Store (e.g., business accounts, enterprise licensing) use third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
ScreenApp does not store card information on our servers at any point.
Fraud claims should be directed to Stripe, PayPal, or your local bank.

ScreenApp is not intended for children under 13.
